Wonders happen, in this case the core of that wonder has been that a major rock group found it's way deep into Germany.
This time, it hasn't been David Haselhoff (Thanx for remembering, RocknRollStar... Why are people always bitching about that dark history we Germans have... :)? )
So, since David hasn't been available this time, guess he did have to get a new breast-hear-plantation or stuff we had to be satisfied with Status Quo...
I must say... there are some bands on this planet that you should have seen live... particulary if they're around for 40 years by now which increases the probability for not being able to see them live anymore soonish...
Well, we did and I must say: Great show... I thought always "So this is who invented to Rock... whow..."
Incredible how much (cool sounding) noise you can produce with 3 guitars, drums and a keyboard... (and approx. 25kW amplified music power).
Conclusion: Strongly recommendable...
Here come the pics from the show....

Mr. Bronx-by-night:
Thanks for the review and pictures!!! I guess the crowd was "rockin'", huh? I'll have to go home and listen to a Status Quo song this evening to refresh my memory on these guys.
They look pretty old... They didn't need wheelchairs on stage?
Nice to see you are able to take pictures of things other than animals humping!!!
Have a great weekend and say "Hi" to Nina!
Wow, Northern Germans busting some moves... Amazing!
As for MN and my house/yard. I still have a tree which is uprooted... I have to call the "Tree Guys" here at some point... I'll be posting some pics of my yard here soon.
As for your apartment... I think it survived. Then again we had some severe rain here a couple of days ago. A lot of New Brighton got flooded! I believe your apartment area may have been one of them... I got lucky for once, no flooding in my basement...
So, to summarize, things have been absolutely crazy! First the storm damage I had, then my computer crashing, and now my car. I guess bad things do come in "3"s, huh?
So when are you and Nina getting married? I'll definitely will be attending; that is if you invite me...
Doesn't look like I'll make it over to the home-land this fall. Too much going on at work. We'll see, hopefully Christmas or next spring perhaps...
That's it for now. I still can't believe your first "music" post was a rock n roll band... I would have bet some serious $$$ it would have been hip-hop or something!
Didn't Nena play in Brauschweig recently? I think I heard something about that...
OK, gots to go, I'm rambling as always... I need to get a (social) life!
