(Kaiser Chiefs @ Trocaderos 4/21/07)
Wow. Kaiser Chiefs really know how to put on a live show. Lead singer Ricky Wilson is a riot to watch. I've written about it before. The new stuff sounded way better live than on record. The old stuff drove the crowd mad (including myself). I think I'm still sore from jumping around during "I Predict A Riot" and "Oh My God".
Don't believe me? Here's a live video from the show (not taped by me). Ricky jumps on the Trocaderos bar and introduces the band during this one.

More videos from the gig:
The Little Ones were pretty good. They had a nice indie-pop type of sound. The Walkmen really performed a pretty sweet set as well. It was a bit short; they didn't play a couple of my favorite tunes. "Louisiana" with the brass section was really cool, though. I'll have to catch them headlining next time...
You can find more coverage of the gig on Brody's blog. Jon Bream from the Strib liked it too.
OK, here are more photos from the show.
